Within a Futura line, the quality control system is the proprietary software that manages machine parameters during processing. It is the operating environment where sorting rules are defined and modified according to the incoming product and the data generated by the analysis systems.
The system directly connects fruit analysis, class configuration, and machine behavior, determining how the line should respond at every stage of processing.
How You Control the Sorting Process
- You set the quality level: you decide how “good” a fruit must be to move from one category to another
- You choose the categories: you define how many classes you want (e.g. first grade, second grade, waste)
- You decide where the product goes: each category is directed to a specific machine output
- You monitor what is happening: you can see in real time how the line is operating
In this way, you can adapt the sorting process during operation, following changes in the product without stopping the line.
Software and Line Management
The Futura system uses software developed for fruit and vegetable sorting, allowing you to directly control how the machine operates.
You can adapt the sorting process according to:
- product type (different varieties);
- required quality level (more selective or broader);
- destination (market, customer, processing).
Adjustments are simple to make and can be modified while the line is running.

Remote Support as Well
When needed, remote support allows us to intervene quickly on the system, assisting the operator in line management and troubleshooting directly during production.
This makes it possible to solve issues, modify settings, and improve performance quickly.
