The challenge
Ghataty Farms was looking for a solution to:

The solution
With the cooperation of FUTURA S.r.l., a custom-designed mango grading line was implemented.

- Capacity: Up to 6 tons/hour.
- Advanced system: LOGIKA line with 12 outlets and special mango cups designed to sort fruits by weight, diameter and color.
- Complete process: Includes nutrition tanks with optional chemical treatments, washing, brushing, drying, waxing, and tables for final packaging.
- Automation: User-friendly system that provides real-time operational, technical and statistical data for efficient management.
